What are your hours?

Currently, we see clients during the week between 4-6p and weekends thoughout the day.

How often do I attend therapy?

It depends on your situation. For most clients, we suggest that a minimum of once a week is best. Therapy is about making changes and less than one hour a week can interfere with your ability to implement the changes needed to improve your situation. Therapy is like anything else in life, you get out of it what you put into it.

What are your fees for your services?

We are in network for Blue Cross, Blue Shield, PPO. Although we are considered out of network for most insurance companies, most PPOs will cover a portion of our fees. It is best to call your insurance to inquire about coverage, deductibles, and co-pays. Simply ask them what your coverage is for outpatient mental health (in-network for Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO out of network for all others).

What is your cancellation policy?

When possible, 48 hours notice.

How do I reach you in an emergency?

In case of an emergency, call 911.

What form of payment do you accept?

We can accept cash, check, and credit cards. Payment is due at the time of service.
